Welcome to Explorers Nursery,
where we play, learn and grow together. 
 

At North Crescent, we strive to develop meaningful and trusting relationships with our pupils and their families as we get to truly know and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual. Building strong relationships helps our pupils to be happy, safe and valued; these being the foundation stones for learning and growth. 

We truly believe in getting children off to the best start in life. By joining our nursery, your child/children will benefit from accessing the school's qualified teachers, curriculums, and resources, along with our extensive grounds and woodland. They will also have the joy of joining in with our sports day and other celebrations. 

We understand that your children are the most precious thing in your lives and that this is a huge milestone. We aim to make this a smooth, exciting and reassuring transition.

North Crescent Primary School is the only primary school in Wickford to have been awarded OUTSTANDING for its Early Years provision.

Rooms
Budding Explorers: for 2 year olds
Little Explorers: for 3 and 4 year olds

Admission - subject to a place being available
Budding Explorers:The term after their 2nd birthday
Little Explorers: The term after their 3rd birthday

Session Times - Term Time only
Mornings: 8.45am to 11.45am
Afternoons: 12.15pm to 3.15pm

We accept children who wish to stay all day.
