At North Crescent Primary School, safeguarding is our number one priority and keeping children, their families and our staff safe is at the forefront of everything that we do. We adhere to the following statutory guidance. 

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility in school and everyone receives regular training. In addition, we have 6 fully trained safeguarding leads, 4 of whom form the school Safeguarding Team. The work of our safeguarding team is assessed through both internal and external audits, including local and trust governance.
